I had been using Anthropic’s products since 2025. The company blocked my account and deleted all my data. My money was not refunded. My requests to support receive template replies — I have not been able to have a meaningful conversation.

After this experience, I do not trust Anthropic. To me, how a company treats its users shows in how it handles problems: explaining its actions, answering questions, and addressing issues with a paid service. None of that happened in my case. For Anthropic, taking my money proved more important than fulfilling its obligations to me.

At the same time, Anthropic also used products I developed to train its models.
